1. Age Restrictions

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase or use any VapeMons® product. VapeMons devices are not intended to administer medicinal or illegal substances of any kind. Misuse voids any warranties. VapeMons is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from inappropriate, incorrect, or irresponsible use of our products.

By using vapeMons, you confirm that you are of legal age and agree to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping & Handling Policy, Cookie Policy, Product Warranty, and Refund & Returns Policy in full. Please review all terms before further use.

• USA: Must be 21+ years

• UK: Must be 18+ years

• Other Regions: Refer to local laws

We may use your personal data to perform age verification checks using external databases. If verification fails, we may request official documents (passport/driver's license). Refusal to provide may result in order cancellation.

3. Ordering

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and pricing, but errors may occur. If so, we will contact you with a revised offer.

Product Availability:

• Add to Cart: In stock

• Pre-order: Temporarily out of stock; shipment occurs once stock arrives

• Out of Stock: Discontinued or unavailable

Customer Responsibilities:

• Provide a complete and accurate shipping address

• VapeMons is not liable for lost/returned shipments due to incorrect address information

Order Modifications:

• Before Shipping: Cancellable or editable

• After Shipping: Cannot be canceled or modified

Return/Exchange Conditions:

• Within 7–30 days: Unopened, non-defective items may be returned (buyer covers shipping). Opened items with defects are eligible for exchange.

• After 30 days: Refer to warranty terms

Ownership and shipping risks transfer to the buyer once the order has been shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time:

• In-stock items: Shipped within 2 business days

• Pre-orders: Entire order ships when pre-ordered items arrive (optional $5 split-ship fee)

Warehouses:

• CN Warehouse: Limited accessories, may incur separate shipping

• US Warehouse: Free shipping on orders $99+, delivery via USPS/UPS/FedEx (3–5 business days)

• UK Warehouse: Free shipping on orders £30+, Royal Mail delivery (2–5 business days)

Delays may occur due to weather or peak seasons.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• Report within 5 business days

• Especially for disposable items (glass, cartridges, coils)

Lost or Missing Shipments:

• Notify within 14 days of order

• We will investigate with logistics and courier partners

• We recommend purchasing shipping insurance

Shipping Insurance:

• Auto-added at checkout

• Coverage for loss, damage, or theft (powered by Captain Insure)

To claim:

• Email info@vapemons.co with order number and:

  • For damage: Photos of packaging and product

  • For lost/stolen: Tracking data and either video evidence, courier proof, or official documentation

Claims processed within 3 business days; refunds issued within 3–7 business days.

5. Exchange and Returns

You must first request an RMA number via info@vapemons.co before returning any product. Items returned without RMA will not be processed.

Return Conditions:

• Must be in original packaging and include all accessories/documents

• Non-defective returns are allowed if unopened

• Buyer pays return shipping

• Altered items void warranty and refund eligibility

Exceptions:

• Discounted or clearance items: Repair only, no refunds/replacements

• Refunds processed within ~5 business days after return is received

6. Refund Details

Refund Timelines:

• Credit Cards/Apple Pay/Google Pay: 3–7 working days

• Bank Transfers: Not supported for refunds

• Holiday periods may extend refund time to 7–10 days

7. Payment Methods

Payment options include major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Bank transfers not recommended under $500 and do not support refunds.

11. Events Outside Our Control

VapeMons is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, transport issues, etc.).

If such an event occurs:

• Delivery/performance will be delayed for the duration

• You may cancel if delayed for more than 60 days
