SALES AND MARKETING PRINCIPLES
vapeMons adheres to the following core principles:

We strictly comply with local laws and regulations, and our products shall not be marketed to individuals under the legal age. The legal age may vary depending on the country or region.

We are committed to ensuring that our products are not sold to or used by anyone under the legal age in each respective country or region, with all users required to be at least the legally specified age.
vapeMons MARKETING STANDARDS
All marketing and promotional activities for vapeMons products must comply with the following standards:

Products must not be marketed using cartoons, anime, or any youth-oriented imagery.

Products must not imitate the branding, trademarks, or packaging of products popular among young audiences.

While we promote switching from cigarettes, vapeMons products must not be advertised as smoking cessation devices.

Products must not be presented as offering therapeutic, safe, or healthy benefits, nor claim to eliminate secondhand effects.

All product labels must accurately list ingredients, and marketing materials must clearly disclose the presence of nicotine if applicable.

Marketing must target adult smokers only, and must not encourage non-smokers or youth to start vaping.

No healthcare professionals shall be used directly or indirectly in any marketing campaigns.

Any spokespersons or influencers must appear to be at least 25 years old, but we will adjust this requirement in accordance with local laws and regulations. In some countries or regions, the legal age may differ.

All print advertising must be limited to media with a verified 21+ adult readership, but we will adjust this requirement in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Any event sponsorship or marketing must target events with a clearly 18+ demographic, but we will adjust this requirement depending on the specific regulations in different countries or regions.

All outdoor advertising (including digital formats) must be placed at least 300 meters away from schools, childcare centers, or youth-oriented facilities, but we will adjust this requirement based on specific local laws and regulations in different countries or regions.

Marketing content, unless exclusively for trade audiences, must not promote vapeMons products in the following media:

In compliance with CAP (Committee of Advertising Practice), we do not post or incentivize any vaping-related content on TikTok labeled as “paid partnership” or “#ad.”

We prohibit any paid or unpaid promotional content for unlicensed vaping products on public TikTok accounts, in line with TikTok’s branded content and community guidelines.
SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY

Twitter: The promotion of tobacco, nicotine, and vape products is strictly prohibited, including all ads that could be viewed by minors.

TikTok: All content related to the use, promotion, or sale of tobacco, nicotine, or e-cigarette products is banned, including recreational mentions or displays.

Instagram & Facebook:

Ads and posts promoting the sale or trade of regulated goods such as e-cigarettes or nicotine products are not allowed.

Content must not target users under 16, and any promotional content for vaping will be removed if it violates platform guidelines. We will adjust this requirement in accordance with local laws and regulations, depending on the age restrictions in different countries or regions.

Facebook prohibits ads promoting nicotine products unless they are approved cessation tools, and does not allow the promotion of vape devices.

PREVENTING YOUTH ACCESS TO VAPING PRODUCTS
vapeMons is committed to preventing underage access to all vaping and tobacco-related products:

We require all retailers and distributors to fully comply with local age restriction laws.

We support compliance with child-resistant packaging standards for all vapeMons products.

We endorse strict penalties for retailers who sell to minors or for underage possession of vape products.

All vape shops and resellers must adopt a “25 and under, ID required” policy, but we will adjust this requirement based on local laws and regulations in different countries or regions

Government-issued photo ID on delivery, or Verified third-party age verification services. -
All packaging must display a clear warning:
“It is forbidden to sell this product to children” or a comparable statement, regardless of local regulation. -
vapeMons does not manufacture or distribute disposable vape products containing more than 2ml of e-liquid, in alignment with compliance standards in key markets (such as TPD regulations). We recognize that vaping laws and requirements vary by country. Therefore, vapeMons is committed to adhering to local regulations and will adjust product specifications, packaging, and sales strategies accordingly to ensure full legal compliance in every region where we operate.
